From emerging technology and advanced manufacturing to world renowned whiskies and fashion brands, Moray is a compelling destination

Promoting Moray as an area to live,
work and invest

White Label were commissioned by the Moray Economic Partnership to work collaboratively with a range of partners to deliver a range of marketing and communications which would showcase the region to a global audience. The two most significant outputs were rebuilding the website to be more user-friendly with stronger narratives and the My Moray social media presence overall.

Using blog posts, social media campaigns, press releases, case studies to demonstrate interest and diversity as well as videos alongside building new story-led content, White Label built a new Moray narrative, hosting it in an innovate digital format to bring together messaging from multiple sources into an impactful showcase document.

The new My Moray website in the first 3 months of going live, recorded its highest number of users to date,  a astonishing 300% increase. On Twitter, since White Label took control of the account, impressions increased significantly from 330 to 6,298 in 3 months, building further to 11,200 in 6 months. Followers grew 85 in June 2021 to 776 in July 2022. LinkedIn was launched as a new platform for My Moray with two posts attracting almost 100 impressions in the first month with a  significant jump in engagement overall.

A beneficial side-effect was the impact of the stakeholder engagement as White Label got to know the MEP leads and numerous stakeholders from the region. This engagement has raised the profile of the MEP and delivered tangible outcomes for partners, through their inclusion in some of the campaigns. Partners have commented on their enthusiasm for a joined-up and dynamic approach to promoting Moray and said that the new web platform had aided engagement by showing clear outputs from the MEP work in collaboratively promoting the region.
