White Label was first appointed to support the delivery of the Heathrow Business Summit during a period when the event was being positioned as a focused engagement platform for local businesses. Our role was to support Heathrow in delivering a well-structured, scalable experience, ensuring the event worked effectively for Heathrow, its Tier 1 suppliers and first-time SME attendees.
Over time, the scope and ambition of the Summit has grown. Attendance has increased year on year, with the event expanding by more than 40% during White Label’s involvement. This growth has been reflected in evolving venue requirements – moving from the London Heathrow Marriott to the Radisson Blu Heathrow, and most recently to the Allianz Stadium, Twickenham, enabling the Summit to welcome up to 1,000 participants and more than 80 exhibiting businesses.
Throughout this journey, White Label has acted as Heathrow’s appointed event delivery supplier, adapting the format, scale and content of the Summit in line with changing strategic priorities, while maintaining a consistently high-quality delegate experience.

The 25th Anniversary Heathrow Business Summit marked a significant milestone for the event. White Label supported Heathrow in delivering creative elements to reflect this anniversary, including a dedicated logo, branded materials, an anniversary video and themed event touches.
The Summit also featured the inaugural public address from Heathrow’s new CEO, reinforcing the strategic importance of SMEs within Heathrow’s supply chain and wider business ecosystem.
The Heathrow Business Summit continues to deliver tangible outcomes for attendees, enabling SMEs to connect directly with Heathrow’s supplier network, gain insight into procurement pathways, and explore future opportunities linked to Heathrow’s long-term growth and sustainability ambitions.
The 2025 Summit, themed Gateway to Growth, brought together SMEs, strategic suppliers and stakeholders for a full day of exhibitions, workshops and networking, further demonstrating the value of the Summit as a platform for local business engagement.
