The Essex Housing Awards (EHA) recognise the high-quality developments, services, and individuals from the public, private, and voluntary sectors that promote best practice across the county.
White Label Creative has supported the delivery of the Essex Housing Awards in partnership with Essex Developers Group (EDG), the South Essex Housing Group (SEHG), and the Essex Housing Officers Group (EHOG). The event was held in association with Birketts LLP, CHP and Estuary Housing Association and various other sponsors.
The first Essex Housing Awards in 2019 was a casual affair held at the County Hotel in Chelmsford. However, when White Label came on board in 2022, our experience and expertise, combined with the housing sector’s enthusiasm, transformed it into a more formal and collaborative event, marked by increased structure and creativity. Continued growth is also clearly visible in the venue upgrades in the following years: from the County Hotel to Greenwoods Hotel & Spa from 2022 to 2024, to the 2025 awards taking place at a Grade II* neo-classical villa, Hylands House, Chelmsford.
White Label’s role includes the co-ordination of all event aspects, including client, sponsor and award applicant liaison, entry management, judging process including the panel meeting, marketing and communications management, event branding and design, catering, chair selection, presenter briefs, digital award brochure design and creation and comprehensive event management on the day, contributing to creating a positive atmosphere filled with high spirits and camaraderie.
