We led a full brand refresh and new website for Barwell, reflecting the estate’s extensive refurbishment programme and giving it a contemporary look and feel. To showcase the park’s vibrant business community, we also created a news section, launched a regular occupier magazine, Barwell Today, and produced video and virtual tours to promote the site to new audiences.
Our digital outreach built a high-quality database of more than 8,000 agents, occupiers, investors and local businesses. Regular newsletters and social media channels connected this network with the latest news and opportunities at the park, significantly boosting Barwell’s visibility and engagement.
Events were another key strand of the strategy. Working with Kingston Chamber of Commerce, we delivered the popular Barwell Business Breakfasts, which brought together occupiers and the wider business community to discuss skills, sustainability and growth. These sessions positioned Barwell as a central player in Kingston’s economic life while strengthening relationships across the estate.
Community investment was also a major focus. White Label coordinated sponsorships that supported local sports teams, business awards, and mental health initiatives. A creative partnership with Kingston International Film Festival saw Barwell feature in fun, film-inspired campaigns that built profile beyond the business park itself.
Through this integrated mix of brand, digital, events and community initiatives, White Label helped Barwell Business Park grow its reputation as a diverse and dynamic hub for business innovation.
