The Urban Land Institute (ULI), a global network of cross-disciplinary real estate and land use experts, and PwC, annually publish their Emerging Trends report for Europe; US and Canada; Asia and Pacific; and global.
White Label was appointed to redesign ULI’s Annual Emerging Trends Report for Europe. The team was tasked with the conversion of the 86-page printed report into a digital interactive version.
The report was designed after a lengthy process of editing, content planning and user experience research. Going paperless, the project advanced sustainability goals, increased reach and delivered a better experience for readers.
Our marketing and communications team also delivered their marketing mailers and social media strategy, with the redesign utilised to create social media cards for their European; US and Canada; and Asia and Pacific reports, to support content across all their platforms – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. The results were interactive social media assets summarising key findings and delivering engaging video and interactive data visualisation.
ULI published the report to more than 45,000 ULI members globally and through their social media channels, with 138.2K followers on Twitter, 115,508 LinkedIn followers and 28K Instagram followers.
This project was a unique combination of informed communication and new-age design. In response to the redesign, ULI reported an increase of 405.6% in page views. The total number of unique page views also increased by 1516.9%. ULI further revealed a 172.1% increase in downloads from 544 for the 2022 report to 1,480 in 2023.
White Label continues to work with both ULI and PWC on their annual Emerging Trends reports across the globe, providing a mix of content support with key messaging and social posts as well as design.
