White Label have been attending MIPIM since the company began in 2010 and have supported delegations attend from across the UK, helping cities and regions attract international development and working with clients on their profile and events programme.
Those events that bring together developers, investors, and stakeholders from across the world into one place are a crucial part of any inward investment marketing strategy and we are continuing to support councils and the private sector in their attendance at MIPIM, EXPO REAL and UKREiiF.
For the 2023 event, we have been commissioned by MIPIM organiser RX Global to write the programme and curate the speaker line-up for the 2023 London Stand, consolidating our reputation as a regeneration conference specialist and supporting the promotion of the capital.

The London Stand at MIPIM programme runs over three days in Cannes and includes keynotes and panel discussions around key real estate topics for London and international audiences. They range from “Investment opportunities in London’s life sciences sector” to “Financing London’s decarbonisation” and from “Driving infrastructure investment” to “Europe’s Emerging Trends and London’s Position”.
The programme will showcase the investment potential the city is able to offer global capital. It will delve into London’s growth sectors – life sciences, industrial and logistics, retrofitting for the age of sustainability – to attract the finance that London, and the UK, needs to grow as a net zero carbon economy.
At the same time, we are also continuing our role more centrally as an advocate for the UK and representative for cities from all four nations as we are hosting a UK Cities Investor Reception to bring city leadership teams together with investors, following the first, successful iteration last year. The event is being run in partnership with Avison Young, the British Property Federation and Stantec. In a short panel chaired by Greg Clark MP, Liverpool, Leeds, London, and Belfast will all promote their assets and USPs.
We are also supporting the West London Business breakfast at MIPIM to promote investment opportunities in the boroughs of Barnet, Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Harrow, Hillingdon, and Hounslow. Here, Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation is bringing forward a new scheme to create 25,500 new and affordable homes and 56,000 new jobs, while the West London Orbital rail line could create 15,800 new homes.
These commissions are a validation of our work over many years in running UK property conferences and our year-on-year attendance at MIPIM, along with our strong connections within the industry and expertise in creating content that speaks to the international investment audience.

Post-MIPIM, White Label will once again be part of “London’s voice” at UKREiiF which takes places in Leeds from 16 to 18 May. We will be coordinating the Capital West London stand, delegation and events programme, profiling West London’s investment and business growth opportunities, and working closely with Opportunity London
And at Expo REAL in Munich, from 4 to 6 October, we intend to host the UK stand with the aim of extending the UK’s reach to a European and international audience.

A key part of our growth in the real estate markets was our delivery of Real Estate Live UK conference, which has been pivotal in its conferencing evolution. Launched during the first COVID-19 lockdown, it became one of the UK’s largest online real estate events platform.
Our team was responsible for the creative brand development, website development, content, marketing and communications, partner engagement, speaker briefing and event hosting that made the programme a reality and reached an audience of thousands with more than 200 sessions and virtually visiting more than 100 UK destinations, answering the big questions facing the industry both now and in the future.
Our work with Scottish Development International, delivering their Road to Net Zero online conference in the build up to COP26, helped us to further hone our skills in building a programme with political and industry leaders, including Nicola Sturgeon, First Minister of Scotland, and Cabinet Secretary for Finance and the Economy Kate Forbes, through an online platform to an international audience. This again involved our team supporting on creating a bespoke brand, website, marketing collateral, event logistics and conference production from programme curation, speaker coordination and briefings.
We are delighted that our innovation and ability to pivot during the pandemic has made the business stronger than ever. We are really forging a reputation for promoting places on the global stage and supporting the UK’s growth and race to net zero by helping clients reach as wide an audience as possible and to enable access to an audience that they wouldn’t normally meet.
