White Label to Coordinate the Gatwick Region Stand at UKREiiF 2026

Building on the success of the past two years, White Label Creative is proud to once again be coordinating the Gatwick Region’s presence at UKREiiF 2026, uniting public and private sector partners to showcase one of the South East’s most dynamic and connected economic areas.

Following the establishment of the Gatwick Region Airport Economic Zone (AEZ) in 2025 – the UK’s first aviation-powered economic zone – next year’s platform will shine an even brighter spotlight on the region’s shared ambition to drive sustainable growth, attract investment, and create opportunity across its communities.

The Gatwick Region AEZ has been created to unlock the collective potential of the wider Gatwick area by leveraging the strategic role of London Gatwick Airport as a global gateway for trade, innovation, and connectivity. Bringing together local authorities, businesses, and development partners, the AEZ provides a framework for long-term, place-based growth – supporting the creation of high-value jobs, new infrastructure, and thriving communities across the South East.

Momentum continues to build across the region following the Government’s approval of Gatwick Airport’s Northern Runway plans, a major milestone that will strengthen the airport’s role as an international hub and catalyst for regional regeneration. This development further underlines the Gatwick Region’s importance as a driver of national economic growth.

Working in partnership with London Gatwick Airport as the main partner, White Label is leading the coordination, marketing, and event delivery of the regional stand and wider activity at UKREiiF – the UK’s leading property, investment, and infrastructure forum.

The collaboration brings together a strong network of public and private sector stakeholders, including Brighton & Hove City Council, Horsham District Council, Reigate & Banstead Council, Invest West Kent, West Sussex County Council, Chichester District Council, Morgan Sindall Construction, Modus, Oander, and SHW – all united by a single message: the Gatwick Region is open for investment.

As the UK’s first aviation-powered economic zone, the Gatwick Region AEZ represents a new model of place-based growth — harnessing global connectivity to unlock local opportunity. At UKREiiF 2026, that story will take centre stage through a vibrant exhibition stand, strategic events, and targeted engagement with investors, developers, and policymakers.

The region’s 2026 presence will showcase:

  • A unified investment narrative for the Gatwick Region.
  • Opportunities across housing, infrastructure, innovation, and sustainability.
  • Partnerships driving long-term, inclusive growth across the South East.

With over 16,000 delegates expected at UKREiiF 2026 (19–21 May, Leeds), the event provides the perfect platform to amplify the region’s ambition and strengthen its position as a key driver of the UK’s economy.

White Label’s place marketing expertise continues to help regional partnerships like Gatwick tell their story with clarity and impact – turning collaboration into visibility, and visibility into investment.
