Investors and local authority representatives attended our Real Estate Live UK Cities reception at MIPIM, hosted in partnership with Avison Young and supported by the British Property Federation.

Associate Director Bonnie Stephensmith spoke about the success of the virtual Real Estate Live UK programme since its launch in 2020, and plans to continue the platform in 2022 with a mix of hybrid events and roadshows.

Delegates heard from Melanie Leech, Chief Executive of the British Property Federation, and Chris Cheap, Principal & Managing Director at Avison Young, who led a panel discussion with UK city leaders with contributions from Darren Rodwell, Leader, London Borough of Barking and Dagenham, Tony Reeves, Chief Executive, Liverpool City Council, Paul Kitson, Director of Place, Prosperity and Sustainability, Birmingham City Council, and Angela Barnicle, Chief Officer Asset Management & Regeneration, Leeds City Council.
