White Label is delighted to announce the launch of UK Cities & Partners (UKCAP) 2026, now in its fourth year. The programme connects UK cities and regions with global investors and showcasing more than £100 billion of investable opportunities across housing, infrastructure, industrial, innovation, and culture-led regeneration.
This year, UKCAP is stepping up with a brand-new website and a dynamic promo video produced by our in-house studio team, reinforcing the programme’s position as a coordinated voice for UK investment, spearheaded by White Label.
UKCAP’s mission remains clear: to provide a unified national story of UK investment, demonstrating that the country is open, investable, and ready for partnership. Established by White Label in 2023, and supported by HM Government and the British Property Federation, UKCAP brings together partners from across the country – including to date, London, Manchester, Newcastle, Liverpool, Oxford, Cambridge, Central South, Bristol + Bath, the West Midlands and Hertfordshire – alongside leading organisations such as Aviva Investors, Bidwells, Clifford Chance, Legal & General, Gascoyne Estates, AECOM, Drees & Sommer, Lockton, Moore Kingston Smith, Shoosmiths, Stride Treglown, Trowers & Hamlins and The University of the Built Environment.
Behind the scenes, White Label’s UKCAP team is preparing for an ambitious year ahead. Angela Reed joins as UKCAP Project Lead, working alongside Raj Singhal, Bonnie Ross, Katharine Glass, Natasha Miller-McKeown, Sian Wilde, Holly Watson, Chloe Young, and Thomas Harris to deliver the 2026 programme.
The programme commenced at MIPIM 2026, where UKCAP hosted a series of high-level investment roundtables, in partnership with Office for Investment and British Property Federation, on the UK Hub – designed to move projects from pipeline to delivery:
- Pipeline to Product: De-risking housing delivery for institutional capital
- Investable Infrastructure: Accelerating a £725 billion investment funding commitment to deliverable propositions
- Innovation Districts: Powering the UK’s Innovation Spine: Districts, AI Growth Zones & Technology Clusters
- Sports, Culture & Visitor Economy: Turning flagship assets into investable catalysts for growth
Highlights for 2026 include an Investment Dinner in the Summer, our annual pre-EXPO REAL Roundtable and Reception, culminating at EXPO REAL with the UK Investment Pavilion, showcasing the scale and ambition of the UK’s capital investment offer to Europe’s largest investor audience.
UKCAP remains committed to building lasting relationships between investors, cities, and government, presenting the UK as a world-class destination for sustainable, innovation-driven investment. The UKCAP Investment Prospectus is open year-round, showcasing over £100 billion of opportunities across the UK’s leading city regions.
