We are hiring – Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced project manager who is organised, engaging and ambitious with outstanding communication skills and a proven track record of managing complex projects and working with senior level clients in both the private and public sector to join our dynamic team. Experience working in the property sector, built environment, economic development or business support would be highly advantageous.

As an agency, White Label specialises in working with the regeneration, built environment and property industries. We run a number of inward investment initiatives and place marketing campaigns for numerous local and regional governmental organisations as well as private clients, providing events, information and resources to advance and promote development and economic renewal.

The Role

This person will be responsible for project managing complex work for both existing clients and new business. They will need to be able to hit the ground running and feel comfortable working with high-level stakeholders alongside liaising with our inhouse team. Projects are likely to include an amalgamation of events, marketing, communications, stakeholder engagement, communications, design, strategy, and business support programmes.

Key Tasks

  • Lead on day-to-day client liaison for key accounts and projects
  • Write and follow through project plans for ongoing, cross-disciplinary activity, assigning roles and ensuring tasks are completed.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Support on formulating project strategies – identifying stakeholders, any necessary engagement, and appropriate timescales.
  • Play an active role in the planning and delivery of all aspects of the project.
  • Manage and take responsibility for account and project budgets.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnership, client and supplier relationships.
  • Manage and coordinate members of the project team as well as supporting teams.
  • Support implementation of ongoing delivery of a CRM system
  • Work closely with the Head of Department to ensure projects run smoothly, delivered on time and to budget, reporting and escalating as needed.
  • Liaise with internal teams on events, marketing, design, web, comms/ PR and sales.
  • Manage feedback reports to clients and on all major projects.
  • Identify new business development opportunities for White Label with existing clients and partners.

In addition, the right candidate will be required to:

  • Deliver exceptional level of customer service and ensure positive customer experience.
  • Attend industry events.
  • Be a self-starter – able to identify work that needs to be done and does it without required instruction.
  • Be detail oriented – pay attention to details regarding processes and pay extra attention to agreed sponsors and key stakeholder deliverables.
  • Take a proactive interest in property, real estate, built environment and regeneration.
  • Draft copy for communications and marketing materials
  • Support on marketing strategies

Core Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in account, event or project management, or a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of and/or ability to use a CRM system.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail.
  • Proven management skills and the ability to work with a team.
  • Commercial awareness; able to generate innovative, creative and profitable solutions for the business.
  • Experience of effectively managing multiple projects at once.
  • Gravitas, professionalism, and confidence.
  • Pro-active and creative attitude.
  • Experience working in the property sector, marketing and events, economic development, or business support would be highly advantageous.

Office details and conditions

Working hours can be regular between projects but, due to the nature of the role, you will sometimes be required to work additional and unsocial hours.

Travel to visit clients, partners, sponsors, venues, and other suppliers will sometimes be necessary.

The successful candidate may need to work indoors, outdoors and in all weather conditions at specific events.

Salary

The salary band for this role is £33,000 – £43,000.
