White Label’s UK Cities & Partners programme was launched at EXPO REAL 2023 to further enhance our strengths in facilitating engagement between City Regions, major project promoters and investors.
Our first investment pavilion brought together the five largest UK City Regions: London, Manchester, West Midlands, Bristol & Bath and Newcastle in a UK first – supported by the UK government and other key stakeholders including the British Property Federation.
We secured the partnership of 10 leading private sector businesses including the UK’s largest investment funds, LGIM and Aviva, who came with us to support the investment narrative and generate new investment for their own businesses. All our partners and City Regions will be continuing on our programme for the long-term.
At the international event held in Munich we curated a 2-day Seminar Programme, which included round tables, panel discussions and keynote speaking opportunities. Speakers included city leaders, senior business representatives, academics and investors.
We also designed and delivered a website and a fully interactive digital Investment Prospectus as communications tools for the City Regions in the delegation which showcased 26 of the most significant investable projects in the UK with a combined value of £50 billion. This platform remains open, enabling future clients and partners to present opportunities within their regions.
2024 Investment Programme
Our 2024 programme began with a private reception and dinner held at the Guildhall London in February. 80 senior representatives of member City Regions and other senior city representatives attended, along with a number of private sector organisations.
