White Label was reappointed by RX Global to curate the three-day conference programme and deliver the 10-month marketing campaign for the London Stand at MIPIM, which takes place annually at Cannes in the south of France, gathering 90 countries and more than 25,000 international property professionals.
In our third year working with RX on the London Stand, we delivered a dynamic and impactful programme, exceeding targets and reinforcing London’s position as an international investment destination to global audiences. With 88 speakers, of which 74% were new, the stand showcased fresh perspectives and covered powerful topics while ensuring strong diversity, with 45% female speakers and 69% of sessions chaired by women. Across the 20 sessions and 2 Virtual Viewing briefings (featuring an AR-upgraded London Model), the programme attracted strong engagement from audiences.
Based on the latest industry trends such as retrofit, cross-borough working, planning reform, infrastructure for science and sports, and modern workspace needs, session titles included ‘Nighttime Economy and 24-hour Cities’, ‘5 years on: Workplace Trends’, ‘Creating New Destinations’ and ‘Planning Change; Driving Growth’. White Label secured chairs and speakers using our expertise and networks. White Label worked alongside London Stand partners and sponsors including the City of London, Opportunity London, London Councils, Greater London Authority, London & Partners, NLA and Primera from June 2024 to April 2025.
This year marked a significant milestone, with more delegates from the UK than France, and the largest-ever GLA delegation, including three deputy mayors and London Mayor Sadiq Khan—an unprecedented presence at MIPIM- speaking on the London Stand. This was reflected in the public sector representation secured for London at MIPIM’s programme, with 13 high-profile speakers from the Government and City of London and eight London boroughs also contributing speakers.
Digital engagement also saw significant growth—social media reach expanded as more speakers shared London at MIPIM content, and we launched a new London at MIPIM Instagram channel. Additional video content through a series called ‘My London Experience’ from the pre-MIPIM London networking evening helped extend visibility, while focused promotion of the London Club Pass holders – who were announced weekly – encouraged new businesses to engage and join the London delegation.
