Thousands tune in for UK development conference

More than 3,000 people joined White Label and our partners last month for a free-to-attend conference for the UK’s real estate, property and regeneration sectors.

The third edition of Real Estate Live UK showcased 33 places between 22-26 February, across 23 sessions, all of which were completely free for delegates to attend.

The popular programme of events shone a light on three key themes – the drive to net zero, innovation and the growth sectors that will underpin the UK’s recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic.

Those who signed up heard from more than 100 speakers, made up of public sector leaders, chief executives and directors as well as leading figures from the property industry.

Partners for the week of events included Belfast City Council, the Department for International Trade, the British Property Federation, Develop Croydon, Ealing in London, the Gatwick Diamond Initiative, Hammersmith BID, Herts IQ, London & Partners, London Square, Orpington 1st BID and Yoo Capital.

Speakers included:

  • Alistair Reid, Strategic Director of Place and Economy, Belfast City Council
  • Barbara Brownlee, Managing Director, Westminster Builds
  • Duncan Sutherland, Group Regeneration Director, Sigma Capital Group PLC. Deputy Chair, Homes England
