Third Annual Building Garden Communities Conference at RIBA this April

Following the success of last year’s conference, White Label will once again creatively deliver the annual Building Garden Communities (BGC) Conference, this year on 26th April at RIBA’s HQ, London.

This one-day conference, chaired by the BBC’s Sally Bundock, will play host to a range of built environment delegates including councils, developers, planners, designers, financiers and industry experts involved in the design, planning and delivery of garden towns and villages in the UK. This year’s conference will include an interactive mix of panel discussions, fringe sessions and meetings, with networking opportunities throughout.

White Label will coordinate all of the event logistics from programme curation, venue and speaker coordination and briefing, delegate management and on-site delivery, as well as producing all design and branding artwork, alongside comprehensive e-marketing and social media activity in the build-up and post event.

Featured discussions and topics on the day will include making the financial case for a garden community, good design, climate resilience, planning for futureproofed energy, travel infrastructure, inclusivity, health and wellbeing, biodiversity, social value and stewardship and how these factors will inform and influence new communities in planning or already underway.
