White Label is proud to be supporting the delivery of The 55th Watford Conference – an internationally respected gathering of railways professionals and architects as it returns to the UK for the first time in over a decade. Taking place from 22–24 September 2025 at Kings Place, London, The Watford Conference provides a unique forum for global collaboration, design excellence, and knowledge-sharing in rail infrastructure and architecture.
Following its successful 2022 iteration in Singapore, this year’s event promises to be another milestone, featuring a packed three-day programme of presentations, tours, and keynote moments including the prestigious Brunel Awards and the celebratory Candlelit Dinner.
Our team is playing a central role in ensuring the successful delivery of this high-profile event – providing end-to-end support across logistics, communication, and delegate experience. Our work spans several key areas, including:
- Venue and supplier liaison: Coordinating with Kings Place and key suppliers to ensure all logistics, AV, catering and technical requirements are in place and running smoothly.
- Marketing and Communications delivery: Implementing a robust marcomms strategy designed to drive ticket sales and promote the event through digital channels.
- Delegate management: Acting as the main point of contact for attendees, managing bookings, accommodation guidance, and pre-event communications.
- Design and print: Producing a suite of professional print and digital materials to support the event, including branding, signage and collateral.
- Conference programming: Coordinating speaker engagement, briefing materials, and presentation logistics to ensure an inspiring and seamless experience.
- Onsite event management: Providing experienced staff throughout the three-day event to oversee delivery, liaise with speakers and manage delegate registration.
- Client liaison and project management: Hosting regular planning meetings and steering group sessions from April through September to keep the project aligned and on track.
Our involvement builds on months of collaboration with The Watford Conference working group to bring together the right partners, content, and vision – ensuring a high-quality, meaningful experience for every delegate.
This year’s conference also coincides with Railway 200, a national, year-long celebration marking 200 years of modern railway history. With a focus on legacy and innovation, this major milestone will be woven into the conference programme and offers an opportunity to reflect on rail’s transformative impact – past, present and future.
We’re honoured to be helping deliver an event that continues to shape the international conversation around railway design and inspires the next generation of professionals in the field.
