Supporting our partners at UKREiiF 2026

White Label is looking forward to the UK Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) 2026, taking place in Leeds from 19–21 May, where we will be supporting a wide portfolio of public and private sector clients.

This year, we are delivering a broad programme of activity – from fringe events, panel sessions and roundtables, to managing senior stakeholder diaries and leading on strategy, communications and branding, including the development of multiple investment prospectuses. We are also overseeing exhibition stand delivery from design through to on-the-ground management, alongside coordinating passes, accommodation and a curry night.

Our 2026 portfolio includes:

  • Southwark Council
  • London Borough of Hounslow
  • Invest Redbridge / Redbridge Council
  • Essex County Council
  • Gatwick Region delegation
  • Kent County Council
  • Imperial College London / WestTech London
  • Dana
  • Invest Hertfordshire
  • Oxfordshire County Council / We Are Oxfordshire
  • Bond Bryan
  • UK Screen Investment Programme (UKSIP) Roundtable & Drinks Reception

We will be supporting Essex County Council in opening a new pavilion space at the Holiday Inn in Leeds city centre, hosting a three-day programme of panel debates, roundtables and fringe events to promote one of the UK’s fastest-growing regional economies.

Building on two successful years, we will also deliver the Gatwick Region Airport Economic Zone programme, bringing together all six Gatwick Region local authority areas for the first time, alongside a growing network of private sector and education partners. Anchored by London Gatwick, the delegation will showcase the region’s collective investment potential through a coordinated stand presence, curated events programme and strategic stakeholder engagement.

Alongside this, we will be hosting activity across the UKREiiF fringe linked to our flagship programmes, including Last Mile & Industrial Power and the UK Screen Investment Programme. The UK Screen Investment Programme will feature a roundtable and drinks reception bringing together senior figures from cities and regions, alongside investors, developers, agents, architects, contractors and infrastructure providers, to explore investment, growth and collaboration across the sector.

Since the inception of UKREiiF in 2022, White Label has acted as an extension of internal teams, providing a full suite of services including stakeholder engagement, exhibition stand design, marketing strategy, event coordination, and print and digital media production. Our team ensures clients’ presence is maximised — whether attending, exhibiting, or speaking on panels.
