Back in person once again for 2022 – the Southwark Business Excellence Awards is delighted to present The Gatsby Gala awards ceremony.

Taking place at Ministry Venues – Elephant & Castle on Wednesday 21 September 2022, this unique, immersive concept inspired by F Scott Fitzgerald’s novel, The Great Gatsby, replaces the traditional Awards Gala Dinner. It promises all the excitement and anticipation of our awards winners’ announcements immersed in the thrills and exhilaration of the Jazz Age.

This is an entirely new venture for both the Awards and White Label, and we are looking forward to combining our expertise and enthusiasm in making it happen.

Guests will join us in The Speakeasy for drinks, where Gatsby-inspired cocktails will be served (The Old Sport, Jay Gatsby and Bee’s Knees), and in the Fitzgerald Food Court for food (main & dessert). Music, dance and entertainment in The Speakeasy will all capture the decadence of the Prohibition era and guests are welcome to dress accordingly, perhaps as flappers or in dapper suits.

Take a seat in The Daisy Buchanan Theatre to hear the announcement of our winners including the overall Business of the Year, followed by an after-party to celebrate and network with all our shortlisted businesses and their guests.

The Southwark Business Excellence Awards is now in its fifth year and is run by White Label in partnership with Southwark Council and Southwark Chamber of Commerce.
