Real Estate Live UK last month enjoyed another successful programme of events aimed at the regeneration and property sectors – going on the road for the first time with a VIP Investor Showcase in Liverpool.

Taking place between 28-30 June – the seventh edition of the programme – White Label held two days of virtual events, with an exclusive, invite-only day in Liverpool taking place on the second day.

The in-person events, hosted in partnership with Liverpool Place Partnership, saw a VIP dinner for 70 guests who were also treated to a tour of the Tobacco Warehouse development, before a day of panel discussions, keynote speeches, round table debates and an Investor Tour of the Liverpool City Region.

The in-person conference was attended by 80 targeted delegates made up of investors, agents and developers, with topics discussed included Liverpool’s strength in science and innovation, its inclusive communities, and how it was attracting top tech talent to the region. The tour saw delegates take in various locations across the city region, including Bootle and The Wirral.

Across the three days, hundreds of delegates tuned in online to join the discussions virtually, with more than 60 industry-leading speakers helping lead the discussions on topics from data and freeports to generating footfall and investing in communities.
