Pioneering Sustainable Logistics: White Label Creative and GLi London’s Collaborative Success

By Amy Walsh, PR and Communications Manager, White Label

In today’s rapidly evolving industrial landscape, businesses must embrace innovative and forward-thinking strategies to establish a strong foothold. And when it comes to pioneering change, few are as committed as KSP. With their joint venture alongside PATRIZIA, they have set their sights on transforming the industrial and logistics industry through the creation of Greater London Industrial (“GLi”); a portfolio of next generation sustainable logistics warehouses within the M25.

When the team behind GLi sought an agency to support them in delivering their media and communications strategy, to bring their platform to life, they turned to White Label. Recognised for our expertise in developing ambitious communications plans for built environment clients, we relished the opportunity to put our expertise into driving awareness and delivering messaging for GLi’s forthcoming industrial portfolio.

With GLi’s vision in mind, we embarked on creating a comprehensive and dynamic media and communications strategy, ensuring that GLi’s platform would effectively capture the attention of potential occupiers and convey the innovative, sustainable solutions it offers those who recognise the long-term benefits of the portfolio’s sustainability offering.

Communications

Amplifying GLi’s vision, we developed a strategic communications plan to help establish GLi as an industry leader in sustainable industrial development. We did this by crafting compelling narratives, tailored messaging, as well as targeted media outreach, across multiple platforms, to help articulate GLi’s sustainable vision.

Stakeholder engagement

Our in-house regeneration specialists played a pivotal role in facilitating meaningful engagement between the GLi team and a wide array of key stakeholders. This included prospective occupiers, influential policymakers, and local authority decision-makers. Our team acted as catalysts; leveraging their industry contacts, as well as their understanding across the sector, to help the team forge important connections. Our efforts were able to enhance GLi’s visibility, as well as pave the way for fruitful collaboration with those who could help drive forward GLi’s ambitious plans, across the communities their properties are to be situated. In particular, we were able to connect the team with Park Royal business Group and Develop Croydon, allowing them to engage with teams in both boroughs.

Events

White Label worked with the team to elevate GLi’s presence at major industry events. We were able to secure GLi’s participation in panel discussions at conferences including Last Mile, Bisnow, Develop Croydon and MIPIM in Cannes, providing speaker briefings and live/post event coverage. Additionally, the team have organised on-site events for agents and plans are afoot to support GLi as they continue to grow and develop more sites.

As GLi continues to expand and develop more sites, we remain committed to supporting their journey. With a shared dedication for the advancement of sustainable logistics, we hope that through our continued collaboration, we can continue to drive forward an innovative and engaging narrative around long-term sustainability in the industrial sector.
