New website for business park

White Label has supported Aviva Investors with its brand new website for Barwell Business Park featuring a redesigned brand and several key features.

The brand refresh includes a new high quality logo with an updated colour palette, creating a more modern look to echo the extensive improvements taking place at the Aviva Investors-owned park. The website will also offer the opportunity for occupiers to send in featured news stories or event notifications and have them featured in a dedicated section which we hope will create more of a community feel.

New additions at Barwell include an extremely high-quality unit refurbishment programme, flexible space coupled with flexible leases which feature the innovative trade-up initiative, meaning if a business outgrows their existing premises they may be able to expand into a larger unit during their term of occupation.

The park is also working hard to improve their green credentials with the installation of new EV charging points, secure bicycle storage, bird boxes, new planters and a bug hotel for pollinators and insects, all recent additions.

Aviva Asset Manager, Hannah Hunter, said: “We felt modernising the brand and refreshing our website and communications helped reflect the extensive upgrade of our physical units and the enhancement of our sustainability credentials. We also hope the website will foster the existing community feel within the park by providing occupiers with a fresh opportunity to share their successes and connect with other businesses on site.”

Fadia Clarke, Croydon College’s Vice Principal – Training, Skills and HE, said: “It’s great to see the work the College and White Label have been producing to engage with our community and drive applications.

“Both of our Colleges have benefited from a fresh new look and our University Centre rebrand, supported by marketing, communications and events, means we’ve been able to reach out and engage with thousands of residents and ensure they know what we offer here.”
