White Label is working with the Develop Croydon Forum to deliver the 13th Develop Croydon Conference 2022, focusing on a new era with new energy.
The conference annually attracts hundreds of senior representatives from across the investor, developer, real estate, business sectors to discuss the borough’s opportunities and this year will be hosted in-person at Boxpark and London South Bank University.
Topics that will be discussed include:
- Will the Borough of Culture year attract investment?
- What comes next for Croydon town centre?
- How can Croydon put more emphasis on ESG?
- What does Croydon’s youth population want from the borough?
- Which district centres are best placed for future development?
- Does Croydon have the workspaces it needs to attract dynamic, fast-growing businesses?
The conference is also adapting and changing with the times, providing more opportunities for collaborative working during the day as following a morning of keynotes and panel debates and networking lunch, delegates will be invited to take part in round tables and workshops to provide their perspectives on Croydon’s key challenges and opportunities moving forward.
