The Role

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for a range of digital marketing campaigns which drive quality audience engagement in support of both White Label’s clients and own projects

He/she will be expected to create and optimise content across a range of platforms in liaison with White Label’s marketing, design, comms and social media teams, ensuring content is accurate, contemporaneous, engaging and appropriately targeted.

He/she will be responsive to ongoing channel and audience updates as well as digital marketing trends, using the data and insight within the business to ensure campaigns are creative, innovative, engaging and deliver ROI for both internal and external clients to budget and on time

 

Key Tasks:

  • Create and deliver paid social media strategies and buying for our campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, etc) optimising paid social reach in order to maximise budgets and deliver engagement and conversions
  • Content management of internal and client websites
  • Management and delivery of content on social media channels
  • SEO understanding and implementation
  • Conduct social media channel audits
  • Create and deliver paid for social media campaigns
  • Reporting on social media channels
  • Database management
  • Create and deliver e-marketing campaigns
  • Improve on and enhance existing methodologies and internal and external tools required to deliver efficient digital campaigns
  • Helping to identify new digital opportunities through an understanding of digital marketing and organic social media trends
  • Ensuring website content is up to date, updating all client websites, providing website traffic analysis (google analytics) and manage and improve SEO where required
  • Preparing regular (monthly, quarterly or annual as required by the Marketing Manager/account managers) reports detailing digital and online activity and its effectiveness; conversions and ROI (where possible)
  • Gaining feedback from our clients on a systematic basis to make sure improvements can be made in the delivery of our service.
  • Ensuring there is proof-reading of all digital marketing, communications and PR content to ensure final sign off and accuracy ensuring all communications and marketing are produced to a consistently high standard
  • Manage digital marketing materials required by liaising closely with the Marketing Manager and creative team.

 

Skills and Experience

  • Degree level equivalent qualification with first rate English, spelling and grammar, as well as a high level of numeracy
  • Previous experience in paid digital marketing
  • Experienced in developing and delivering effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Confident user of Google Analytics and digital advertising tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads)
  • Ability to create reports from Google Analytics and digital marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Knowledge and ability to use Canva to create correctly branded online content.
  • Understanding of video and content marketing strategies
  • Knowledge of WordPress and the ability to update website content.
  • Experience in e-marketing platforms (eg: DotDigital, Campaign Monitor, Hubspot)
  • A commercial mind and an interest in growing the digital portfolio.
  • An innovative outlook to developing new marketing ideas and maximising opportunities.
  • Self-led with an ability to work alone or as part of a team with good communication skills.
  • Organised approach and excellent time management skills and an ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
