White Label delivered its largest and most ambitious UKREiiF programme to date in Leeds (19-21 May), supporting an extensive portfolio of national and regional partners across strategy, communications, branding, events and full on-the-ground delivery.
Partners included London Borough of Brent, London Borough of Hounslow, Invest Redbridge, Essex County Council (Greater Essex), London Gatwick (Invest Gatwick Region), Kent County Council (Invest Kent), Invest Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire County Council, Imperial College London / WestTech London, Bond Bryan, West Sussex County Council, London Borough of Croydon, DARNA Project Management, and Tandem Property Asset Management, alongside a number of private sector and strategic partners.
Our support spanned investment prospectuses and place narratives, marketing campaigns, stakeholder engagement, fringe events, roundtables and panel discussions, through to stand design, pavilion delivery, delegate management and post-event content creation.
A standout achievement was supporting Essex County Council to deliver the Greater Essex Pavilion at the Holiday Inn. The three-day programme attracted more than 800 visitors from over 580 organisations, bringing together public and private sector leaders to showcase opportunities across infrastructure, housing, energy, logistics, skills and regeneration. The wider campaign reached more than 2,000 UKREiiF delegates and generated over 18,000 social media impressions.
The Gatwick Region returned for a third year, launching the new Invest Gatwick Region brand and investment prospectus. Led by London Gatwick as Headline Partner and Gatwick Diamond Business as Associate Partner, the programme brought together 28 partners to showcase more than £1.4 billion of investment opportunities across the region. We were delighted to welcome Chancellor Rachel Reeves to the stand, where she met with London Gatwick Chair Baroness Margaret Ford of Cunninghame OBE and regional partners.
We also curated several high-profile roundtables, including:
- Bond Bryan:Fairhursts’ “From Strategy to Site: Delivering the Places Where Innovation Happens”
- “Digital Infrastructure Powering Modern Industrial Growth” with Invest Hertfordshire as part of our Last Mile & Industrial Power programme
- “The Next Stage of UK Screen Investment: Creative Places, Campuses and Infrastructure” through our UK Screen Investment Programme
White Label operates as an embedded extension of client teams, joining up strategy, narrative, delivery and stakeholder engagement end-to-end.
