Capital West London, facilitated by White Label, has been recognised at a highly prestigious national awards, the Property Awards 2019, a Property Week event.

The ambitious inward investment and trade programme as been getting praise from all quarters, and has now been recognised for its innovation, being awarded Highly Commended in one of the most prestigious categories – The Irvine Sellar Award, which was sponsored by WSP.

The Award is given in honour of the late Irvine Sellar – whose company, Sellar Properties, developed The Shard, among many other iconic developments – celebrates an individual or company that has shaken up the market with a truly groundbreaking project or initiative.

Judges were looking for something novel and original that has been truly transformative, a real game changer, and found that in Capital West London. The judges felt that the unique collaborative nature of the programme, with six London boroughs working together, was tremendously innovative and had achieved much in a short time.

Also shortlisted alongside Capital West London were Appear Here (who won the category), BizSpace, CREation Property Network, Innovation Gateway, Quinn Estates, The Collective, and U+I.
