Building New Communities Conference has launched with a new venue

White Label Creative is delighted to announce the launch of the Building New Communities Conference 2026, taking place at King’s Place, London, on Tuesday 21 April.

Following a sold-out 2025 event that brought together more than 250 housing and regeneration professionals, next year’s conference will return with a sharper focus on moving from ambition to reality. With government plans to deliver 1.5 million new homes gaining momentum, the conference will bring together sector colleagues and leaders who are committed and are at the forefront of these major projects.

Delegates will explore how to deliver sustainable, well-governed, and thriving places – from new towns to major urban extensions – that meet climate goals and economic needs. Sessions will spotlight partnership models that unlock large-scale development, ways to scale successful delivery approaches, and the creation of places with identity, trust, and vibrant centres from day one.

The event will once again welcome local authorities, developers, housebuilders, architects, planners, investors, and government representatives, providing a platform for collaboration and long-term thinking.

Super early bird tickets are now available for £225 +VAT until 21 November. There are also opportunities to partner with the event.
