As the UK’s cities and regions prepare to head to Munich for EXPO REAL 2026, White Label Creative has been working alongside public and private sector partners to bring the UK’s investment proposition together under the UK Cities & Partners (UKCAP) programme.
Established by White Label in 2023, UKCAP provides a platform for cities, regions, developers, investors and professional advisers to work collectively to showcase the scale and diversity of investment opportunities across the UK.
This year, that work has centred around one clear proposition – connecting international investors with more than £100bn of investment opportunities across the UK.
Ahead of the UK Investment Pavilion’s return to EXPO REAL from 5-7 October, White Label has been delivering a programme of activity designed to build visibility, create connections and give partners a stronger platform from which to take their opportunities to market.
A key part of this has been the development and launch of the 2026 UK Investment Prospectus, bringing together 24 major opportunity sites across six key asset classes: Living; Transport, Infrastructure & Energy; Industrial, Data Centres & Freeports; Innovation Economy; Experience Economy; and Commercial.
Alongside the prospectus, White Label has developed the supporting campaign and communications activity, including digital marketing, social content, partner communications and a promotional film to help tell a consistent UK-wide investment story.
The physical presence in Munich has also been a key part of the programme, with White Label leading the stand design and delivery for the UK Investment Pavilion, creating a high-profile environment that brings the UKCAP proposition, partners and investment opportunities together under one recognisable national platform.
The programme is also built around bringing people together. In the lead-up to EXPO REAL, White Label hosted UKCAP’s annual pre-EXPO REAL roundtable and reception, kindly hosted at Trowers & Hamlins HQ. The event brought together senior representatives from government, inward investment, real estate and regional growth to discuss how the UK can present a more connected and investable proposition to international capital.
These conversations will continue in Munich, where UKCAP will deliver a programme of senior roundtables exploring the issues shaping investment across the UK, alongside networking and investor engagement at the UK Investment Pavilion.
With a delegation of more than 40 senior representatives, 24 featured opportunity sites, six asset classes and £100bn+ of investment opportunities represented across the wider partner network, UKCAP is now preparing to take a coordinated UK proposition to Munich.
We’ll be there to deliver it.
