Over 100% download increase for new interactive real estate report

Urban Land Institute (ULI) appointed White Label to redesign their annual European Emerging Trends in real estate report, alongside creating a social media marketing campaign.

ULI, a global network of cross-disciplinary real estate and land use experts, and PwC publish an annual Emerging Trends report for Europe; US and Canada; Asia and Pacific; and a global report.

White Label were commissioned to redesign and improve the accessibility of the European report, helping ULI advance their sustainability goals, increase reader reach and deliver a better user experience through a new and interactive design approach.

The redesign was also incorporated into the social media campaign, across its European, US and Canada; Asia and Pacific reports. The design and communications team worked together to create engaging social media content summarising key findings, and interactive social media cards bringing static posts to life by delivering engaging video and interactive data visualisation.

In response to the redesign and social media marketing campaign, ULI reported an increase of 405.6% in page views as well as a 172.1% increase in downloads from the previous year for the European report.
