The Role:

White Label is looking for a hybrid creative graphic designer to join its fast-paced creative services team. Working within our busy in-house design team, you will be responsible for designing a variety of work including:

  • Brand development and logos.
  • Digital advertising including social media.
  • Animation (video animation and production advantageous).
  • Design for print.
  • Icons and illustration.
  • Web design.
  • Emailer design and build (Dot Digital platform experience advantageous).

You will be a team player who will work closely to support other team members within the creative studio with different creative skillsets as well as key project stakeholders across the company.

This highly rewarding & creative role will suit an experienced graphic designer with at least 3 years’ experience looking for a new challenge. The successful candidate should have an exceptional portfolio clearly demonstrating their creative design talents across printed and digital media. Please note this position will be office based in Croydon.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Designing high quality, public facing creative campaigns across different media forms.
  • Working closely with the project managers, team members, web developers and various other skill sets.
  • Working on full projects from brief, concept to final completion/launch.
  • Following multiple product brand guides.
  • Working closely with the creative director, senior team members and product stakeholders.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in the use of Adobe Suite especially Photoshop, Illustrator and inDesign and experiencein XD and After effects would be advantageous.
  • WordPress knowledge and experience with building front end design and using backend CMS’s(HTML knowledge advantageous).
  • A good understanding behind good UI and UX practices and processes.
  • Knowledge and experience on print production and print processes.
  • Proven experience in designing and developing e-marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to create compelling logos and branding for updates and expansions to our projects.
  • A good eye for colours, typography, design and composition.
  • Ability to show good initiative, judgement and excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience of working on multiple projects to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Deliver exceptional level of customer service and ensure positive customer experience.
  • Be a self-starter – able to identify work that needs to be done and to do it without instruction.
