What we were asked to do
We met pilot Ian Walker, the chair of the society, while running the Croydon Heritage Festival. He asked us to help with improving the society's overall brand presence, website and marketing literature.
How we did it
Croydon Airport dates back to World War I, and the society protects its strong legacy. Many of the society's members were attached to the old brand, and we ensured that the new one we developed stayed true to that while making it more contemporary.
We designed new membership forms, stationery, marketing literature as well as classroom resource packs for school visits.
The website was a joy to work on, thanks to the wealth of detailed archive material Ian Walker gave to us. We were able to produce an image-led website, focusing on the airport's impressive heritage.
