Give your business the best possible start

Give your business the best possible start

Entrepreneurs will be given a chance to make their dreams a reality when the hugely successful Start Up Croydon returns on Tuesday, November 3 (11am-4pm).

The free event, hosted by Croydon Business Venture at the state-of-the-art Weatherill House Business Centre, will provide invaluable advice on how best to bring your business ideas to fruition and build a profitable company.

As well as workshops provided by Croydon Business Venture and advice clinics led by Business Navigator, there will be the chance to speak with an investor panel regarding funding for your business.

Start Up Croydon, which is organised by White Label Creative, is also a great way of making business connections through the hugely popular speed networking sessions. Based on the speed dating concept, they allows participants to make the maximum number of business connections through a quickfire format.

There will also be an informal opportunity to meet new people with a free lunch and refreshments being provided on the day.

It will be the third time this hugely successful event has been held at Weatherill House.

David Robinson, chairman of Croydon Business Venture, said: "While setting up your own business can be hugely rewarding, it is also incredibly demanding.

"Through seminars, business training and one-to-one mentoring, Croydon Business Venture is passionate about providing the support new businesses need. Running your own business can be a lonely experience and having somebody to talk to can be invaluable.

"We are delighted to be able to offer this free-to-attend day as part of Croydon Business Month and hope that anyone interested in starting or growing an existing business will register to attend."

There will also be the chance to see how the affordable, flexible office space at Weatherill House Business Centre can help you to grow your business.
